About Matthew J. DeLuca and Nanette F. DeLuca

About the Authors Matt DeLuca, SPHR, is a Senior Associate in the Penguin HR network specializing in staffing. He has more than twenty years' experience as an HR generalist, concentrating on key recruiting assignments throughout his career. His corporate clients have included financial services, entertainment, and organizations heavily driven by marketing and sales initiatives -- both inside and out. Matt is also the author/co-author of six job search books, including Best Answers to the 201 Most Frequently Asked Interview Questions and 24 Hours to the Perfect Interview, as well as one on compensation.
