Sharon Eden wanted to be a writer and actress but bamboozled herself in her 20s, through a desire for 'normality' and 'respectability', into a corporate career in sales and marketing in the wine trade.Several whacks around the head in her 30s, fuelled by curiosity about what made her and other people tick, led her to higher education, studying psychology. She later qualified as a psychotherapist, then coach and trainer.
